AI-guided incident response with full visibility

Resolve incidents with real-time AI guidance—and automatically capture every decision in a complete, auditable record.

Built from 16 years of experience in incident management and reliability engineering.

AI-guided incident session

It's 2 a.m. and your team is trying to resolve an incident. They search for documentation, reach out to colleagues, and rely on whatever knowledge is available. Increasingly, they turn to AI to guide decisions.

Eventually, the incident is resolved.

But what actually happened?
Who did what?
What worked — and what made things worse?

The answers are rarely clear — and your organisation has no reliable wayto understand or control how those decisions were made.
After the incident is resolved, understanding what actually happened matters just as much as resolving it.

Understand exactly what happended - after the incident

Every decision, action, and AI interaction is captured automatically—so you can generate a complete, defensible record of how incidents were resolved.

Why I built Operant AI

I've spent 16 years working in incident management and reliability roles. The one constant has been this: no matter how much time we spend preparing for incidents, they rarely go to plan.Incidents happen unexpectedly, evolve quickly, and require decisions to be made under pressure.

Teams rely on experience, intuition, and increasingly AI — but the process is reactive, difficult to control, and hard to reconstruct afterwards.Organisations have become very good at reporting on incidents — but far less effective at improving how they are actually resolved. AI has changed what's possible. It gives teams the ability to adapt in real time — but without the right controls, it also introduces new risk.

I built Operant AI to harness that power — to help teams resolve incidents with greater certainty, and to give organisations control and visibility over how those decisions are made.
